Research Paper

AI Weapon Detection with Pose & VLMs

2025

Developed a context-aware AI system fusing YOLOv11 and MediaPipe to identify threats based on human pose in partnership with AiLECS Lab. Integrated Vision-Language Models (VLMs) to provide natural language explanations, moving beyond simple bounding boxes to contextual scene understanding.

Git Analytics & Grading PlatformFull-Stack Application

Git Analytics & Grading Platform

2025

Built a full-stack desktop application as part of a student team to help Teaching Assistants equitably grade group coding projects. The tool automates the extraction of Git metrics (commits, LoC, churn) to visualise student performance and generates scalable grading sheets for Moodle. It also features an AI-assisted summary mode (Gemini) to provide qualitative context on student work patterns

Real-Time Gen AI News ScreensaverCreative Coding

Real-Time Gen AI News Screensaver

2025

A macOS screensaver that updates daily and transforms live global and Australian headlines into unique 3D movie posters. The system aggregates breaking news (BBC, CNN, ABC) and utilises Nano Banana to generate cohesive "Pixar-style" claymation visuals. It leverages Google Gemini 2.5 with real-time search grounding to ensure the accompanying text summaries are factual and up-to-date.

AI Phishing Website DetectorLearning Project

AI Phishing Website Detector

2024

Conducted a comparative study on a dataset of 2,000 websites to classify malicious phishing attempts using various AI and Machine Learning algorithms. The project evaluated Neural Networks (ANN), SVMs, and Ensemble methods to determine optimal classification strategies. A parameter-tuned Random Forest model emerged as the most robust solution on this specific dataset.

Product and Data Analyst

2025 — Present

Designed and launched a customer-facing enterprise analytics product delivering monthly insights using Redshift SQL, Python, Vega-Lite, and Tableau, working across the end-to-end development lifecycle to align with digital strategy.

Insights and Data Products Intern

2024

Automated large-scale reporting pipelines using Python, Vega-Lite, and HTML/CSS, delivering key insights that drove digital revenue targets.

AiLECS Lab

2025

AI Student Researcher

Designed a hybrid weapon detection proposal as part of an initiative from the Australian Federal Police and Monash University. Fused YOLO, RF-DETR, and MediaPipe for real-time detection, while integrating Multimodal VLMs (Qwen 2.5-VL) to provide contextual awareness for operators.

About Me

I believe technology should empower, not complicate.

A Monash Software Engineering graduate now working as a Digital Product Analyst at Origin Energy, I'm passionate about the space where data, AI, and product thinking converge. I'm driven by the challenge of making sophisticated technology feel simple and intuitive.

My approach blends technical depth with product intuition. From building product pipelines that serve 2,000+ customers to researching pose-augmented weapon detection systems, I focus on creating intelligent solutions that deliver genuine impact for real people.
